Yeah my family has thanksgiving at my aunt's house, where James isn't allowed due to her dog's ill behavior, so this year I'm not going. It's always really crowded and stressful, so not really good for me to try to manage without James. Last year I went for a bit as my best 'service human' friend drove me there and back and even that was just too much. So instead I may cook a special meal for my pups and myself this year and do a small thanksgiving at my home.
